Growth Marketing Manager
Monmouth University is home to Monmouth Cards, a fast-growing trading card and collectibles brand. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who will own paid advertising and lifecycle marketing strategies, focusing on optimizing campaigns and improving customer engagement through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
Own 100% of paid ad spend across: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube if relevant), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to hit ROAS, CAC, and growth targets
Manage budgets, scaling winners and cutting losers quickly
Creative testing strategy (copy, hooks, angles, offers) — working with our team or creatives as needed
Build and optimize audiences, retargeting, and attribution logic
Weekly reporting with clear insights, not vanity metrics
Fully manage Klaviyo email + SMS
Build, optimize, and maintain: Core flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback, etc.), Campaigns tied to promos, drops, and seasonal pushes
Improve revenue per subscriber, open rates, CTR, and unsubscribe rates
Segment intelligently based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement
Ensure email & SMS align with paid traffic and overall funnel strategy
Take a full-funnel view: acquisition → conversion → retention
Identify opportunities to improve LTV and overall marketing efficiency
Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and lifecycle messaging
Stay on top of platform changes (Meta, Google, deliverability, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing Google Ads + Meta Ads for eCommerce brands
Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (email + SMS)
Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on performance, not vibes
Comfortable owning results end-to-end (not just 'running ads')
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution, and scaling
Preferred
Bonus: experience in collectibles, trading cards, or hobbyist eCommerce
Experience with Shopify
Creative strategy experience (angles, offers, UGC direction)
Familiarity with GA4, Triple Whale, or other attribution tools
Copywriting chops for ads, email, or SMS
