Responsibilities

Developing and optimizing user interfaces using modern web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, often with a framework like React or Angular
Translating UI/UX designs into functional code
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Mentoring junior developers
Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance
Contributing to technical direction
Conducting code reviews
Continuously improving development processes and best practices
Interpreting business requirements / technical design documents and designing / developing appropriate software solutions
Demonstrating strong Information Taxonomy/Architecture design skills
Applying solid understanding and experience with Object-Oriented design and development
Having a thorough understanding of web technologies and web architectures
Using React, Java, or C#, .NET technology professionally
Applying Prompt Engineering experience
Working with geographically dispersed teams across different time zones
Knowledge of internet attack vectors, protection mechanisms, web application vulnerabilities and their solutions
Demonstrating strong proficiency in React, CSS, TypeScript, RESTful APIs and JSON data integration, GitHub or Bitbucket
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices and tools, unit testing frameworks
Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack and the Angular CLI
Working knowledge of some Java/.net skills
Following and driving project plans and task schedules
Exhibiting excellent communication skills in English language, both written and oral
Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Working with global teams

Required

Ability to interpret business requirements / technical design documents and design / develop appropriate software solutions
Strong Information Taxonomy/Architecture design skills
Solid understanding and experience with Object-Oriented design and development
Must have a thorough understanding of web technologies and web architectures
Professional experience using React, Java, or C#, .NET technology
Prompt Engineering experience
Must have at least 2 year experience working with geographically dispersed teams, that fall across different time zones
Knowledge of internet attack vectors, protection mechanisms, web application vulnerabilities and their solutions is a must
Strong proficiency in React, CSS, TypeScript, RESTful APIs and JSON data integration, GitHub or Bitbucket
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices and tools, unit testing frameworks
Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack and the Angular CLI
AI development and prompt engineering (co-pilot)
Should also possess or have working knowledge of some Java/.net skills
Must be able to follow and drive project plans and task schedules
Excellent communication skills in English language are essential, both written and oral
Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
Experience working with global teams

Preferred

Full Stack development experience
Prior work on Client facing websites in the banking/brokerage industry a plus
Experience exposing internet websites on mobile devices, or comprehensive knowledge of mobile application development
