Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within up to a one-hour driving distance
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events like lunch and learns and town hall meetings
Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations
Import excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis
Qualification
Required
2+ years in sales and/or customer service experiences
Experience in outside/field sales
CRM experience required, with Salesforce preferred
Proficiency in prospecting and making outbound calls
Sales management skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
High sense of urgency and attention to detail
Problem-solving skills for field applicants
Ability to travel up to 2 hours round trip distance daily
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Field sales experience is a plus
Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others
Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology
