Inside Sales Specialist- Aftermarket Parts
DeSHAZO, LLC is committed to elevating their clients’ business needs through custom-built cranes and automation systems. They are seeking an Aftermarket Parts Sales Specialist to execute the company’s parts sales strategy, provide customer service throughout the order life cycle, and assist in inventory control.
Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone, E-Mail, and Fax requests for quote (RFQ’s)
Generate customer quotes
Enter Orders into ERP
Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, lead times, and order status
Issue Purchase Orders to procure material
Generate shipping paperwork
Assist with inventory control and re-ordering stock
Participate in annual inventory
Identify new prospective customers and grow existing customer base
Increase sales by means of cross-selling and up-selling
Coordinate sales and operation of our online E-Store
Proactively engage customers to increase sales and follow up on older stagnant accounts
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year inside sales experience
Minimum 1 year industrial or overhead crane experience
High School Diploma/ GED
Positive and professional demeanor
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated and highly organized
Dependable and detail oriented
Ability to exercise good judgment/ decision making
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
