Sales Order Management Representative
Full Steam Staffing is hiring for the role of Sales Order Management Representative in Hollister, CA. This role involves accurately entering customer orders while providing excellent service to both internal and external customers, collaborating with various teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails related to order placement, changes, and cancellations
Enter customer orders received via telephone, email, EDI portal, and online website
Verify orders for accuracy and collaborate with internal teams (shipping, scheduling, and sales) to ensure correct specifications and pricing
Send customer order acknowledgements when not automatically generated
Update customer records, including billing, shipping, and contact information
Enter replacement and sample orders
Initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for customer returns
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong keyboarding and data accuracy skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred
Prior data entry experience preferred
