Responsibilities

Manages and facilitates purchases for TCHATT. Streamlines procurement processes and ensures efficient resource allocation
Maintains organized files and documents related to the programs
Performs other administrative duties as assigned.meeting minutes to appropriate personnel across a dozen institutions
Facilitates effective communication between teams and stakeholders
Assists in coordinating and organizing work groups
Provides support in coordinating various tasks related to COSH and TCHATT initiatives
Manages the procurement and distribution of TCHATT merchandise
Coordinates TCHATT's participation in conferences
Manages and facilitates purchases for COSH and TCHATT
Streamlines procurement processes and ensures efficient resource allocation
Maintains organized files and documents related to the programs
Performs other administrative duties as assigned

Required

High School diploma or GED
Two years of relevant experience
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the duration of employment
