Responsibilities
Develop expertise in KeHE’s revenue, profitability, and KPI data, existing reporting, and standard measurements with areas of focus including revenue by channel and product, event ROI, pricing impact, gross-to-net performance, customer churn, and margin dynamics
Design, optimize, and maintain effective Power BI semantic models to enable scalable, high-performance reporting
Establish standardized measures and reusable data structures to ensure dashboard consistency throughout the organization
Build and maintain a structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence that consolidates insights from multiple sources into actionable, easy-to-digest summaries aligned to Commercial and Revenue Management priorities
Analyze historical performance and trends to identify actionable insights and present findings in a clear, concise format tailored to executive and commercial stakeholders
Continuously improve management reporting through automation, refined KPI frameworks, and enhanced dashboard usability in Power BI; improve data visualization, layout, and user experience (UX/UI)
Leverage large, complex datasets to deliver customer- and product-level insights via statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and segmentation analysis
Perform ad hoc analytics to support leadership requests, using data visualizations and written narratives summarize findings
Identify and address data quality issues and upstream data dependencies impacting the revenue reporting
Maintain documentation of Power BI models, business rules, data sources, and system knowledge to ensure transparency and accountability for published reports
Leverage SQL and DAX to extract, transform, and model data across large, complex datasets
Leverage workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps) to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Power BI, with advanced skills in SQL and DAX
Strong understanding of semantic modeling principles that drive consistency, performance, and reliability in enterprise reporting
Proficiency in leveraging automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power Automate) to streamline reporting and improve accuracy
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to manage confidential or sensitive information with discretion
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or related field required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial, commercial, or operational analytics, preferably within food distribution, retail, or consumer goods
