Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee production and capital projects
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) for manufacturing programs
Allocate resources and support production planning and execution
Assist with project estimates and proposal support
Partner with production leadership to resolve schedule, cost, or execution challenges
Provide occasional off-hour or weekend support to maintain production schedules
Travel up to 25%, as required

Required

Experience managing manufacturing projects by balancing cost, schedule, and scope
Ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee production and capital projects
Experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules (IMS) for manufacturing programs
Ability to allocate resources and support production planning and execution
Experience assisting with project estimates and proposal support
Ability to partner with production leadership to resolve schedule, cost, or execution challenges
Willingness to provide occasional off-hour or weekend support to maintain production schedules
Ability to travel up to 25%, as required
Experience working in a collaborative manufacturing and production setting
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment supporting government and commercial customers

Preferred

Experience developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for cost and schedule projections
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, work measurement, or labor standards
Experience leading or coordinating projects in a manufacturing environment
Exposure to high-mix, low-volume production operations
Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills
