Project Manager (entry level)

The Project Manager (entry level) will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, managing project teams, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Independently manage multiple complex, simultaneous implementations. Lead the planning and execution of complex projects. Create and deliver Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Requests
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Set and manage expectations. Proactively address potential delivery challenges and solutions
Allocate resources across projects to ensure optimal use of skills and capabilities. Optimize resource allocations across sprints, backlogs, and customers
Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. Ensure appropriate level of test coverage and types of testing are planned and executed
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes. Develop strong working relationships and proactive communication practices with customers
Identify potential project risks. Lead mitigation strategies
Monitor and manage project budgets, ensure that expenses are kept within bill rates and margins. Create and manage billing activities. Support forecast of future revenue expectation
Provide project status to stakeholders, escalate risks to project as needed. Support Director or lead Governance meetings
Mentor less experienced Project Managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in project management
Strong project management skills in managing multiple simultaneous complex projects with experience in the software/SaaS industry
Expertise in JIRA, Projector and Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced adherence to Agile and Scrum
Comprehensive understanding of SDLC phases, including advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks
Ability to analyze complex project metrics
Proficient in presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making
Ability to foresee, identify, navigate and resolve complex problems across the organization
Expertise in comprehensive budget and financial management, resource allocation, and financial reporting
Skilled in performing in-depth risk assessments, quantifying risk impact, and proactively developing contingency plans
Take a consultative approach with customers to manage project change requests
