Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, and perimeter zones, documenting observations and reporting suspicious activity that may help to deter unauthorized behavior
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and assist with maintaining orderly entry, exits, and queuing
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site management, law enforcement, and/or other responders as directed
Complete detailed reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate key information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives

Required

Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 1 year of experience in call taking, dispatching, and CCTV monitoring
Security Experience: 1+ years
21+ years of age
Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Alarm panel experience
Access control and/or badge experience
Customer service experience
