Responsibilities

The RSM works with distributors to build brands, maximize distribution, and coordinate programs across on premise, off premise, chain; assigns and monitors volume goals with distributor; develops and agrees to appropriate KPIs with distributors; monitors results; ensures retail pricing is consistent with brand strategies; develops and implements innovation (new brand) programs; maximizes brand exposure through trade and promotional events
Achieve volume and distribution objectives for the region
Use KPIs to ensure that execution standards are achieved; monitor results through the use of KPI tracking and VIP
Manage implementation and monitor execution on a monthly and quarterly basis
Identify, develop and propose strategic price increase/decrease opportunities throughout the year that are consistent with brand positioning strategies
Build brands, develop relationships, sell distribution, and coordinate programs with multi-state customers (chains and military) on and off premise
Manage POS and promo budget from start to finish
Own communication of all regional & national promotions to distributor partners

Required

Candidate must reside in the Chicagoland area
5+ years of distributor relationship experience
Experience managing budgets
Direct leadership experience relevant to CPG space
Excellent communication skills
Travel 40-50%
