Field Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns, up to two hours driving distance
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest and applications
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing leads and activity in Salesforce
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings
Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly
Raise the bar for the delivery experience in complex last-mile scenarios

Required

1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
Experience in outside/field sales is required
CRM experience is required, with Salesforce preferred
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for field applicants
Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology
Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily

Preferred

Prior experience in roles involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
