Responsibilities
Review and verify customer purchase orders within SAP to ensure machine selections and order data align with approved base codes and customer requirements
Interpret special option requirements outlined in customer purchase orders and select the appropriate Configuration Variants (CVs) and Special Quotes (SQs) to meet functional and technical needs
Ensure all purchase orders receive proper technical review and approval from HQ/Factory prior to final submission
Confirm the scope of supply for special quotes and update sales orders accordingly by adding, removing, or adjusting special items as required
Request and collect relevant technical documentation from HQ related to special quotes, and share this information with dealers to confirm scope, functionality, and deliverables
Create base code orders for large machine platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards
Receive, review, and create special quotes through the CRM SQ process, maintaining accurate records and traceability
Act as a technical resource for internal stakeholders by resolving order configuration issues and clarifying scope or system requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience working with SAP sales order processing, configuration, or order validation
Familiarity with CRM systems and special quote (SQ) workflows
Strong ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into accurate system configurations
High attention to detail and ability to manage complex orders with multiple variables
Fluent in English & Korean languages with strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with Sales, Dealers, and HQ/Factory teams
Background in machine tools, capital equipment, or industrial manufacturing
Experience working with configuration variants (CVs), base codes, and engineered-to-order products
