Responsibilities
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
Brief leadership weekly
Attend weekly Team meetings
Track expenditures
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
Performs management, Technical, or business case analyses
Tracks program/project status and schedules
Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards
Qualification
Required
Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
Recent (last 3 years) ACAT acquisition experience supporting DOD programs
Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro (to build Acquisition, PMR briefs, correspondence, pricing models, etc.)
Proficient in DoD security standards, particularly security classification markings, dissemination control markings, and distribution statements
Proficient recent (last 3 years) experience the AMS to include CSPT and PMT, CDRL tool
Recent (last 3 years) experience with Navy ERP, Wide Area Workflow (WAAF) process
MA/MS degree
U.S. Citizenship required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
