Responsibilities
Learning and becoming familiar with our C#/.NET integration
Crafting, prototyping and implementing key technical solutions
Improving the quality of the C#/.NET integration
Advocating standard methodologies for internal developers and our users
Ensuring the timely delivery and fitness of our C#/.NET integration
Collaborating with technical leadership across the organization to craft a long-term vision and technical roadmap for the team
Design, track, and communicate relevant metrics to guide resourcing decisions
Communicate the team’s plans internally and externally to technical and non-technical audiences
Provide feedback and solutions to users through documentation, forums, bug reports, and internal support mechanisms
Guide the development and effectiveness of team members
Qualification
Required
BS/MS Computer Science, or equivalent engineering experience
5+ years engineering management experience
Strength in C# and C++
Relevant knowledge of compiler toolchains and the .NET ecosystem
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with global stakeholders
Preferred
Game development experience, particularly engine development
Experience working with remote/international teams
Experience developing cross-platform code (particularly between ARM & x64)
Prior use of Unity
