Mid-Level Functional Analyst

Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with best practices across assigned functional modules
Design, configure, and integrate SAP QTC (Quote-to-Cash) including Sales, order fulfillment, shipping, and revenue accounting solutions that address business needs while adhering to system architecture standards
Document SAP configuration changes and functional specifications for development and enhancements
Evaluate and improve existing systems and procedures to enhance data handling, conversion, input and output, and storage
Translate business and technical requirements into effective information processing solutions
Partner with Process Owners to convert business requirements into technical requirements
Define master data requirements and strategies to support SAP solutions
Develop complete documentation for changes, enhancements, testing, and deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SAP Security to ensure appropriate system controls
Support system environment rebuilds, refreshes, and testing activities
Manage and execute system testing to ensure readiness prior to release
Participate in planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications
Stay current on software technology advancements that may drive process improvements
Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3 to 6 years of experience
US Citizenship is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance and Program Access approval
Proficiency in SAP configuration and usage
Preferred
Strong communication skills within a team-based environment
Working knowledge of aerospace industry practices and standards
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Wichita, KS area
