Lead Customer Marketing Manager
The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Customer Marketing Manager to enhance customer engagement and retention within Boeing Global Services. This role will involve developing marketing strategies, managing advocacy programs, and analyzing customer data to support business objectives.

Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive customer marketing plans designed to increase loyalty, retention, advocacy and grow Boeing Global Services
Support the Sales organization by developing targeted content (i.e. presentations and marketing materials) to assist in onboarding, engaging, upselling, and cross-selling new and existing customers
Build and manage programs for referrals, case studies, testimonials, and user-generated content
Collaborate with content teams to produce compelling customer-focused assets like success stories, emails, and educational materials
Work closely with Sales and Business Portfolio teams to align efforts, gather feedback, and address customer needs
Use CRM and marketing automation to track metrics, analyze customer data, and report on campaign performance
Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and overall experience based on NPS and CX data
Streamline marketing processes, measure performance, and manage marketing technology tools to ensure efficient, customer-focused marketing execution
Qualification
Required
Experience in B2B marketing, customer lifecycle management, and CRM/marketing automation tools
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
Ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into marketing opportunities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher
