The role focuses on recruiting for marketing, communications, and global affairs positions, while also having the opportunity to support adjacent corporate areas. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting and partner closely with business leaders to attract top marketing talent.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of specialized marketing and corporate function roles (approximately 10 requisitions at a time)
Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
Source and engage passive talent across marketing, communications, brand, content, and related corporate functions using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct recruiter screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates and hiring teams through the selection process
Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, compensation alignment support, and process guidance
Operate independently without a dedicated sourcer, driving both sourcing and candidate management
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, compensation, and other partners to navigate complex or evolving hiring needs
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within Workday and other recruiting systems
Contribute to a positive candidate experience that reflects a strong employer brand
Qualification
Required
10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
Strong background recruiting for marketing, communications, or other corporate business functions
In-house recruiting experience required; experience within media, entertainment, technology, or advertising environments strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple specialized searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Skilled at sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a growth-oriented organization
Proficiency with ATS systems such as Workday; strong overall technical aptitude
Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment processes

Location: Los Angeles, CA preferred
Hybrid schedule with onsite presence typically Tuesday–Thursday
Remote candidates may be considered for exceptional experience
