Must be able to pass skills assessment for this level or above
First Grade Stationary Engineers license required
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract)
Writing /Composing (Correspondence / Reports)
Analytical Mathematics

Ability to keep records of activities performed
Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings
Able calculate and interpret quantities using standard measuring devices
Preferred
Four years experience operating a central plant preferred, including ability to troubleshoot complex plant operations and maintenance problems
Valid Texas Drivers License preferred
