Product Operations Project Manager (6032)

itD is seeking a Product Operations Project Manager to support large-scale product and data operations initiatives that drive platform safety, operational excellence, and scalable growth. This role plays a critical part in planning, executing, and monitoring complex programs while partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and global operations stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support project scope definition and develop, execute, and maintain detailed project plans for complex product and data operations programs
Drive effective, concise, and persuasive program communications, including stakeholder updates, leadership briefings, and escalation management
Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and operational processes, and recommend scalable solutions to support growth
Conduct root cause analyses and support internal and external escalation coordination, including development of actionable business recommendations
Partner cross-functionally to ensure effective collaboration under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
Support risk, compliance, and operational readiness activities across multiple initiatives
Leverage large data sets and advanced tooling to perform analysis, reporting, and investigative work that informs decision-making
Adapt to ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and maintain progress across high-volume, high-touch projects
Attend regular internal practice community meetings
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities

Required

10+ years of experience in product operations, operations, consulting, or similar roles within a technology or corporate environment
7+ years of project or program management experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives
Proven experience supporting projects from development through completion, including clearing blockers and driving operational efficiencies
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and global partners
Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments under tight deadlines and competing priorities
Strong analytical and investigative skills, including experience working with large data sets
Proficiency or working knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel and SQL for reporting and operational decision-making
Experience driving collaboration across teams, time zones, and diverse audiences
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required

Preferred

Prior experience supporting product operations initiatives in large-scale platform environments
Experience supporting or coordinating Gen-AI related projects or initiatives
Familiarity with vendor coordination and external partner management
