Responsibilities

Assess device configurations and statuses, ensuring timely follow‑up with both internal and external customers
Apply appropriate medical procedure information to support effective downstream complaint-handling activities
Compose clear, professional written communications for internal and external customers to support investigations or respond to inquiries
Investigate, process, and maintain customer medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
Ensures the quality and completeness of data received on incoming documents
Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and maintain accurate information for each patient medical record
Handle both outgoing and incoming calls from BSC customers, providing responsive and professional support
Process critical and expedited requests related to medical records operations
Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures
Contribute to process design initiatives and partner with cross-functional groups to improve workflow efficiency
Maintain proper documentation to ensure adherence to quality system requirements
Participate in FDA‑mandated activities to support regulatory compliance
Maintain patient, physician, and device records using various approved methods

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of related experience

Preferred

Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, understand customer requirements, and respond in a timely and satisfactory manner
Ability to understand BSC products, product configurations, and related procedures
High attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
