Responsibilities
Will setup jobs using multiple graphic tools such as Xerox Workflow Scan and Adobe
Will run large production equipment such as the Xerox Color Press 1000
Supervising the team in finishing customer jobs by applying different types of binding, hole punching and lamination
Will run large format equipment to make posters
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment
Ability to demonstrate creativity & strong negotiation skills
Ability to demonstrate organizational skills
Quality control all jobs that go through production
Boxing and shipping of finished goods
Local deliveries in company provided vehicle
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or Equivalent is required
Excellent organization, communication (verbal & written), interpersonal skills
Must have strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize multiple priorities
Ability to interact with internal team
Problem resolution skills to ensure customer order requirements are met
Perform duties with minimum supervision
Quality control all jobs that go through production
Preferred
Previous Print Experience and Graphic Design Experience are preferred
Print Background and Graphic Design Experience desired
