Root cause, corrective action, and closeout for production program issues
Data integrity & analytics
Program level metrics and communications
Facilitation of customer engagements
Production floor integration
Supporting and Leading Corrective Action Boards

C-130J product knowledgeRCCA/PFMEA/APQP knowledgeGreen belt certificationSix Sigma certificationData visualization programmingMicrosoft Office proficiencyEffective communication skillsTime management skillsTeam player

Required

Customer interface in communicating program performance, continuous improvement initiatives & fielding customer concerns/needs
Root cause, corrective action, and closeout for production program issues
Data integrity & analytics
Program level metrics and communications
Facilitation of customer engagements
Production floor integration
Supporting and Leading Corrective Action Boards
C-130J product knowledge/build area experience
Familiarity with C-130J systems to include SFM, Apriso, DIMS, etc
Knowledge of RCCA/PFMEA/APQP
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
High energy, self-starting, team player who achieves goals
Effective written and oral communication skills
Self-starter with effective time management skills
Experience in programming/data visualization using Tableau, Python, VBA or similar programs

Preferred

Green belt and Six Sigma certification is a plus
