Manage a caseload of ~15 elder abuse cases, primarily high-value matters ($500K and up)
Handle all aspects of litigation independently
Work closely with the lead trial attorney
Review and analyze complex medical records
Advocate confidently and compassionately for elderly clients and their families
Qualification
Required
CA BAR
3-6+ years of civil litigation experience - ideally plaintiff side
Confident, ethical, and self-directed
Comfort with medical records
Preferred
3-6+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably plaintiff-side PI
Strong comfort with medical records and complex fact patterns
Maturity, confidence, and self-directed work style
A commitment to ethical, above-board lawyering
