Supervise and lead a team of assemblers over multiple product lines in a clean room environment
Implement and enforce adherence to documented processes and procedures
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Train production staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures
Qualification
Required
High school degree, associate degree or higher preferred
3-5 years' experience as a production supervisor, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to lift 35 lbs
