Tendencys Innovations is an international company specializing in innovative solutions for logistics and e-commerce. They are seeking a Business Development professional to develop and implement the commercial strategy for their platform Envia.com in the United States, while also leading expansion plans and strengthening brand presence with global partners.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement the commercial and positioning strategy for Envia.com in the United States
Lead the expansion plan, identifying opportunities in new segments, partnerships, and distribution channels
Represent the company with global partners, corporate clients, and key stakeholders
Strengthen the brand’s presence at industry events, trade shows, and logistics/technology forums
Coordinate local operations, ensuring the achievement of commercial, financial, and service objectives
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), profitability, and operational efficiency
Implement Business Intelligence tools for data-driven decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve logistics and technology processes through data analytics
Qualification
Required
Current residence in Miami, FL and legal authorization to work in the U.S
Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2 level)
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles, pricing, business development, or leadership positions (Country Manager, Commercial Director, etc.)
Prior experience in parcel delivery, carriers, logistics, supply chain, or SaaS solutions for e-commerce
Strong knowledge of international negotiation and data analytics
Availability to travel and work U.S. business hours
