Senior Director, Regional Human Resources - Field

Responsibilities

Provides strategic HR leadership to regional and fields teams, this includes day to day coaching, talent assessment & talent management, and designing & executing long-range regional people plans
Understands and leverages organizational trends and market insights including talent planning, org design, and turnover management to ensure proactive talent management in the region
Identifies key performance indicators and prioritizes work to deliver the organization’s human resource and talent management action plans; this can include, but is not limited to – engagement results, turnover management, talent assessment, and overall culture index
Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and recommends modifications to policies and practices to maintain compliance
Provides guidance and leadership to the human resource management team; assists with resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues
Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
At least ten years of human resource management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience highly preferred
