Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Intake Advocates through regular coaching, 1:1s, and skill-building sessions
Drive team performance against key metrics, using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes
Partner with leadership to refine intake processes, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless family experience
Manage escalations and provide real-time coaching during intake calls, promoting confidence and professionalism
Build a motivated, high-performing team that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of management experience in a clinical, intake, call center, or sales environment
Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume call handling, client intake, or sales conversions
Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting
Preferred
Experience using Salesforce or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred
