Ability to order and review all verification documents; insurance, title work, tax transcripts, verification of employment, verification of deposits, flood certifications, payoffs
Ability to independently calculate all types of self-employed income a plus
Ability to assist in funding a minimum of 20 units per month while working towards the same units for the following month
Ability to monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on changes to market conditions
Ability to communicate with borrowers, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc., to expedite mortgage process
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending
Qualification
Required
Experience in processing mortgage loans
Understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application to funding
Ability to order and review all verification documents; insurance, title work, tax transcripts, verification of employment, verification of deposits, flood certifications, payoffs
Ability to assist in funding a minimum of 20 units per month while working towards the same units for the following month
