Required

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Minimum of 3 years of Lead/Supervisory/Manager experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, outreach, student support, and/or marketing
Required to hold valid driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Ability to manage projects
Demonstrated ability in supervising the work of others and the ability to organize and set priorities that accurately reflect department goals and objectives
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other business software
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand and interpret complex documents and data specifications
Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
Demonstrated ability to utilize critical thinking skills to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
Effective writing and editing skills, including experience developing policy / procedures, reports and presentations
Strong knowledge of common University-specific computer application programs and knowledge of University and departmental principles and procedures involved in risk assessment
Knowledge of human resources management policies with the ability to train, monitor, evaluate, and document human resources issues and performance

Preferred

Master's degree in health field, communications, marketing, or related discipline
Experience with case management or tracking systems like SLATE
