Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Quality Auditors and Inspectors
Plan and execute internal audits in alignment with the quality system calendar
Support external audit processes and ensure readiness
Review and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
Ensure calibration activities are completed on time and accurately
Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineering to address supplier-related quality issues
Monitor effectiveness of implemented quality actions and improvements
Maintain audit documentation and report results to upper management
Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards and internal quality procedures
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the site
Qualification
Required
3 or more years of experience in quality assurance or related supervisory role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and audit processes
Experience with calibration systems and inspection tools
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred)
Ability to move throughout manufacturing and inspection areas
Preferred
Experience conducting internal audits
Exposure to supplier quality processes
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (e.g., 8-D, root cause analysis)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
