Responsibilities
Manage 40-60 projects at a time across print and digital
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project timelines and deliverables
Track project status, flag risks, and keep teams aligned
Run status meetings, capture notes, and distribute action items
Manage internal routing and approvals (Kantata/Mavenlink, Workfront)
Prepare and manage submissions through Veeva PromoMats (MLR)
Coordinate with creative, studio, and external vendors
Track time, assist with estimates, and support billing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
1-4 years of advertising agency experience (within last 2-3 years)
At least 1 year of pharma marketing experience within an agency
Strong experience managing multiple projects in various stages
Working knowledge of Smartsheets or similar
Excellent timeline management and attention to detail
Proactive, problem-solving mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Client-service-oriented work style
