Update all traffic in CRM and stay committed to follow up process until end of file
Show up to all scheduled showings through Showing Time and Zillow leads
Outside networking and attendance at necessary company and industry events
Communicate with clients at designated timeframes, to inform production progress
Understand and assist in saving all necessary documentation onto the server
Maintain a positive upbeat attitude while greeting any walk through traffic, understand the necessity of capturing all walk through traffic
Qualification
Required
High school education or equivalent
Microsoft Excel (high skill level)
Microsoft Word (high skill level)
Microsoft Outlook (basic skill level)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exudes honesty and integrity within a professional image
Demeanor is steady and consistent
Presents Manuel Builders in best possible light
Obtains and passes on relevant information to others who should know
Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech
Bring value to other team members
Timely responses to clients, lenders, building consultants, design coordinators, project managers and vendors

Must be able to adjust quickly to changes and be willing to work nights and weekends
