Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's or CPA certification preferred)
Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably within the healthcare industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills are a plus
Four (4) years of experience in the non-profit sector
