Responsibilities
Develop accurate drawings, plans, and technical details using the AutoCAD Suite
Prepare project specifications and support design documentation
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field staff
Conduct occasional field work for environmental remediation projects, including site assessments, measurements, and various groundwater, sediment, and soil sampling efforts
Maintain organized drawing files and adhere to company AutoCAD design standards
Assist with revisions, updates, and quality control of design documents
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience as an AutoCAD Technician
Ability to develop accurate drawings, plans, and technical details using the AutoCAD Suite
Experience preparing project specifications and supporting design documentation
Ability to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field staff
Willingness to conduct occasional field work for environmental remediation projects, including site assessments, measurements, and various groundwater, sediment, and soil sampling efforts
Ability to maintain organized drawing files and adhere to company AutoCAD design standards
Experience assisting with revisions, updates, and quality control of design documents
Candidates must be based in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship
Preferred
Associates degree specializing in construction and/or engineering
2–5 years of professional AutoCAD drafting experience
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and technical data
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Background in environmental science or environmental consulting
Familiarity with civil, environmental, or construction-related drawings
Strong communication and organizational skills
OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification
OSHA 10‑hour Construction Safety certification
