Responsibilities
Apply customer payments received via Lockbox, EFTs, credit cards, and mail
Distribute daily cash receipts to various offices
Process a high volume of customer payments efficiently
Reconcile daily cash receipts to bank entries
Research entries posted to cash and respond to inquiries from various offices
Create and manage AR journal entries
Manage tasks effectively and lead a team of three AR Specialists
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in accounts receivable and cash applications
2+ years as accounts receivable lead or manager
Intermediate Excel skills, including pivots and lookups
Preferred
Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is highly preferred
