Responsibilities
Manage, update, and maintain weekly status reports with the list of activities and/or Application based on research required to be completed as per direction with the required level of detail
Support the maintenance of the Application Data Book, vet with functional and business leaders for completeness and accuracy, identify TSA dispositions, collaborate with IT Procurement to ensure TSA rights are secured
Support and manage Day 1 separation projects as assigned to support deal close and post separation work
Understand and support the terms and conditions of the IT TSA and the Post Close Governance as it pertains to application support and separation management
Manage TSA Exit projects to support exiting the TSA in timely manner, as assigned
Schedule and co-ordinate internal and external meetings and status review meetings to manage project schedule and progress
Qualification
Required
Experience with SharePoint and Teams required
Researches and recommends priorities, resolves project level issues and escalates, as needed
Must be able to use problem-solving/critical thinking skills, and independent thinking to overcome challenges
Effective communication with project team members, key stakeholders, and sponsors
Must be self-motivated and able to work with ambiguity and aggressive timelines
Resources must be familiar with various application technologies
