Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their digital project needs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Provide progress updates and report on the impact of marketing initiatives to our partners
Ability to provide valuable insights to enhance digital marketing performance
Execute end-to-end project management, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations
Write clear and concise project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports
Demonstrate strong project management skills: set priorities, utilize resources, stay organized, provide updates, identify problems, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Utilize data and analytics to drive informed decision-making
Experience in setting up and interpreting time dashboards
Proficiency in reading and analyzing reports, with a focus on GA4, attribution modeling, SEM, and other digital marketing channels
Demonstrate adaptability to various digital tools and platforms, staying up-to-date with industry trends
Efficiently navigate and leverage different tools for project management, analytics, and automation, like Asana
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an account executive or project management role in a creative advertising agency
Knowledge of working in Asana, setting up project boards
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Must be self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities effectively
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in using tools such as GA4, Everhour, Asana, and various email automation platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
