Responsibilities
Execute consistent outbound outreach (phone and in-person) to skilled nursing facilities throughout Virginia
Set and run high-quality appointments with SNF administrators and executive leadership
Build consultative relationships that position AdvantageCare as a long-term therapy partner
Follow a structured, disciplined sales process to drive predictable results
Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, identify growth opportunities, and expand market presence
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year outbound B2B sales experience (phone and in-person)
Proven success in setting appointments with business decision-makers
Comfort selling into leadership-level roles using a consultative approach
Strong sales fundamentals: discovery, objection handling, follow-up discipline
High resilience, competitive drive, and daily activity discipline
Ability to learn a new industry quickly
Ability to travel throughout the state
Preferred
Experience in skilled nursing or therapy services is helpful, but not required
