Responsibilities
Maintaining the lawns, driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, or any other public areas
Maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas
Assist in cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License
Able to work at multiple locations
General knowledge of groundskeeping/landscaping
Safely operate machine equipment
