Responsibilities
Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance by providing independent quality oversight for clinical data and supplies in alignment with global cGMP standards
Support the global clinical supply chain through review and disposition of finished clinical goods, including batch documentation and regulatory submission compliance
Oversee quality aspects of clinical packaging, labeling, distribution, and complex supply models across clinical trials, partnerships, and special access programs
Lead and contribute to process improvements, procedural development, and efficiency initiatives to enhance quality, reduce cost, and shorten cycle times
Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate quality events, strengthen operational performance, and apply Lean Six Sigma and production system tools in daily work
Qualification
Required
Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field
2+ years' experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment across technical, quality, engineering, or operations functions, including batch disposition exposure
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Detail-oriented, adaptable professional with a solid understanding of production and quality control processes and a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Access) and enterprise systems such as ERP/MES, SAP, and TrackWise, with strong organizational and time-management skills
