Quality Assurance Associate

Responsibilities

Support Quality Assurance with day to day clerical and training activities within our department
Maintain scorecards for Quality and Visual Inspection areas
Follow up on product audit improvements (barcode tracing via MCAT)
Facilitate training & cross-training
Assist employees with payroll issues
Verify hourly overtime schedule vs. actual
Assist with SAP payroll
Enter all entries for days off
Weekly overtime explanation summary
Responsible for writing all weekly work schedules & maintaining all turn sheets
Vacation scheduling and leveling and shift trades
Update & maintain master roster & IE weekly manning movement file
Semiannual shift alignment
Submit Employee Personnel Requests (EPR’s)
Update employee attendance records and points auditing
Record retention
Support PPS audit progress/actions
Maintain department communication postings
Support with plant Quality Audits and maintain ISO documents
Supervisor assistance & general assistance for department personnel
Maintain general supply storage inventory
Perform other duties as directed by the management team
Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Department Manager

Required

High School Diploma/GED
2 years Quality Assurance experience
