Responsibilities

Monitoring program performance
Conducting variance analysis
Delivering clear status reports to senior leadership and customers
Developing and managing Production‑Operations budgets
Supporting make‑or‑buy decisions
Driving cost‑reduction initiatives
Overseeing risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
Capturing opportunities that improve performance or lower lifecycle cost
Aligning technical, logistical, and contractual requirements across functional groups
Coaching junior OPMs and fostering their professional growth

Required

Strong focus on continuous improvement
Ability to prioritize, track and expedite activities to meet critical program needs
Extensive experience working in or with Operations (manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, master scheduling, production control, shop floor control/execution, quality and sourcing)
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members at all levels across the organization
Experience leading large development and production proposal efforts for Production Operations
Strong presentation skills with experience leading Production portions of internal and external program reviews (INAR, BR, IBR, PAR, PRR, PDR, CDR)
Experience with the RMS Common Operating System (COS) and Hardware Performance Management (HPM)
Previous L-Code leadership experience
