Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Manage and resolve any scheduling conflicts or changes promptly
Prepare and extend written offer letters to selected candidates in collaboration with the Talent Partner, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
Manage the onboarding workflow in ATS to gather necessary information prior to the new hire’s start date
Facilitate background check processes for all new hires, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Support the I-9 process for new hires, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Assist in the applicant screening process during peak season

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of three years of experience in a recruiting, staffing, HR or similar role
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
Familiarity with background check processes and I9/E-Verify compliance requirements
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and onboarding

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Exposure to any talent acquisition and/or human resources internships preferred
