Responsibilities
Lead product-level planning and reporting, including monthly results, rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning
Manage and consolidate key revenue drivers such as organic growth, new sales, attrition, pricing, and volume impacts
Deliver accurate financial insights using modeling and variance analysis
Prepare executive-level presentations with strategic recommendations
Drive reporting efficiencies through automation and SAP Analytics Cloud (or similar tools)
Build strong partnerships with Product, Sales, Commercial, and Operations leaders
Collaborate with Pricing, Finance Operations, and Consolidations teams
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two FP&A Analysts
Ensure compliance with financial policies and performance standards
Qualification
Required
9+ years of experience in FP&A or equivalent finance roles
1+ year of supervisory or people management experience
Experience leading FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and long-range planning
Strong experience partnering with senior business leaders and presenting financial results
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
9+ years of progressive FP&A experience
Prior people management experience
Preferred
Advanced degree preferred
Experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, pharmacy, or pharma environments
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience strongly preferred
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
