Responsibilities

Serve as the national lead for our health system oncology account portfolio
Guide and develop a team of four senior account representatives, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration
Build and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
Shape operational policies, performance metrics, budgets, and long‑term strategic direction
Oversee national‑level P&L‑related responsibilities
Strengthen customer satisfaction and expand relationships with C‑suite and senior‑level stakeholders
Analyze market trends and customer data to uncover opportunities and mitigate risks
Partner across internal teams to drive innovation, operational improvements, and scalable growth initiatives
Represent the organization at key industry and customer events as a thought leader in community‑based specialty care

Required

13+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years leading teams in complex, matrixed environments
7+ years in healthcare sales or account management, with a consistent track record of driving growth
Expertise in healthcare distribution, GPO structures, specialty provider economics, and reimbursement models
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to lead financially impactful initiatives, build business cases, and guide strategic decision‑making
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with data‑driven insights
