Responsibilities
Support executing product roadmaps for key digital member-facing tools
Analyze member feedback, business needs, and industry trends to identify product enhancement opportunities. Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, application completion rates)
Provide tier 3 support for member-facing applications, resolving issues and escalating as necessary
Monitor application performance, logs, and incidents; ensure uptime and optimal functionality
Coordinate and perform application updates, patches, and configuration changes
Assist in troubleshooting product issues and identifying root causes
Recommend and track ongoing improvements based on data insights and member behavior
Collaborate with stakeholders from Marketing, IT, Lending, and Member Services to gather and refine product requirements
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), regression testing, and production validation processes
Collaborate with third-party vendors and integration partners to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
Qualification
Required
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in product management, business analyst or application support ideally in digital or fintech environments
Preferred
3+ years of experience in product management, business analyst or application support ideally in digital or fintech environments
