Implementation Specialist

RevPartners is a company dedicated to engineering revenue outcomes for GTM leaders on HubSpot. They are seeking an Implementation Specialist to manage the end-to-end execution of HubSpot implementations while contributing to the improvement of their Fast Track product.

Responsibilities

Deliver Hubspot Fast Track implementations using proven templates and best practices
Configure core HubSpot components including CRM objects, pipelines, automations, and reports
Own delivery quality and timelines for assigned clients
Communicate Fast Track scope clearly and manage out-of-scope requests with confidence
Identify recurring patterns and insights to improve Fast Track templates and processes
Provide structured feedback to evolve and strengthen the Fast Track product
Collaborate closely with Sales and PX to ensure smooth delivery transitions
Flag when client needs exceed Fast Track and support escalation to more tailored solutions
Communicate the RP Way and maintain clear documentation for builds and client handovers

Required

1-2 years experience in implementation and/or project management
1 year experience using Hubspot
Experience in a customer facing role
Able to command a meeting, lead the conversation, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions
Map out partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis & prioritize revenue plays
Take a complex problem, break it down into its smaller parts, and work systematically to find a solution
Proven project and organizational management experience; engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward

Hubspot Certs: Revenue Operations, Sales + Marketing + Service Hub Software, Hubspot Trainer, Hubspot Implementation, Hubspot Reporting, Hubspot Solutions Partner, Platform Consulting
