Responsibilities
Perform Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring
Perform in-depth analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of supply chain inefficiencies
Provide actionable insight and recommendations for improvement, drive implementation
Dashboard Design: Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards to visualize, monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like inventory levels, demand forecasting accuracy, supplier performance, and on-time delivery
Data-driven Transformation: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive operational excellence and competitive advantage
Advanced Analytics: Utilize statistical models, predictive analytics, and AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) to forecast supply requirements, optimize inventory levels, mitigate supply chain risks, and improve performance and reporting
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the organization, including supply chain, procurement, operations, finance, and Information Technology (IT), to gather requirements, share insights, align on strategic initiatives, and drive improvements
Qualification
Required
Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related field
Two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or related occupation
Working in supply chain management, business intelligence, or a related role within the semiconductor or technology industry
Designing and developing data dashboards, reports, and metrics
Translating business needs into IT requirements and drive cross-functional implementation
Data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, DAX, or R
BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Translating complex data into actionable insights
Supply chain processes and principles, including order management, inventory management, and logistics
Effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels of organization
