Responsibilities
Lead HRSG and emission control technical reviews from proposal through warranty stages
Evaluate field issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions
Serve as the primary technical contact across multiple projects, guiding engineers on complex issues
Lead technical bid evaluations and supplier selections
Develop best practices and guidelines for HRSG and emission control implementation
Review and approve technical documents and specifications
Support customer and supplier contract technical negotiations
Lead design reviews with suppliers, EPCs, and customers
Travel to site to support technical issue resolution
Participate in product improvement initiatives
Mentor engineers and support team development
Lead process improvements and standardization efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering
12+ years of HRSG engineering experience in OEM, EPC, or gas turbine environments
Working knowledge of ASME Section 1, B31.1, PTC 4.4, PTC 46
Experience in resolving HRSG field issues and performing root cause analysis
Strong communication, analytical, and technical writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software
Ability to travel and meet physical job requirements
Preferred
